Returns Policy

We use Australia Post to ship our fishing products (accept where parcel restrictions require a courier). Items will be shipped out next business day if received before 2pm.

Below is a guide on Australia Post’s estimated delivery times.

Victoria 1-3 business days
NSW, QLD, SA, ACT 3-6 business days
W.A, N.T. 4-7 business days
New Zealand 7-14 business days

WHAT can be returned?
All Menace Marine products can be returned if they are damaged or you received the wrong item.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items need to be returned unopened within 30 days of delivery. If the product arrives damaged, try take a photo as this will help us chase up the courier.

HOW to return items?
The fastest way to have your returned items processes, is to go to the resolution center within your account on our website [click here].
From this page you can let us know what the problem was, and what products you are returning.
When we receive your items we can quickly match them to our online system and process your request.

You should have also received a "return merchandise" form with your order. Fill this out and return with your item for quick processing.

SHIPPING for returns?
If the product is damaged or not what you ordered, we will pay for the return shipping.
If you ordered the wrong size or product, you will need to pay for the return shipping.

CREDIT for returns?
If you would prefer a credit rather than a refund, we can add the relevant amount to your account. This credit can then be used next time you purchase from Menace Marine.

Instore return option?
If you live in Melbourne, you can return items in person to our Factory Outlet to save on postage. Please bring your receipt.

Packing materials?
Items that are not damaged on arrival need to be returned in original condition and packaging. Failure to do so may prevent a full refund from being issued.
We also reserve the right charge a 10% restocking fee in this situation.
