Shipping & Returns Policy
FREE Delivery on Standard Orders* over $150 (purchased through menacemarine.com.au).
*Standard Order Deliveries don’t include some heavy, bulky & over-sized items, (such as BBQs, Stretcher Beds, & Outboard Motors), and only includes regular Australia Post shipping to addresses within Australia.
In most cases, orders will only be delivered on business days (excluding public holidays).
We post most orders via Australia Post because of their coverage, and pickup options. In some situations we may post orders with a courier depending on the item, delivery location, and customer preference.
All deliveries will need to be signed for. We cannot leave parcels unattended for security reasons. Please make sure you have it delivered to an attended daytime address.
We keep all stock in our Melbourne warehouse, and dispatch within 48 hours Monday - Friday. If you are not available when the item is delivered, Australia Post will leave a card for it to be collected at your nearest post-office. If your order is delivered via courier and you are not home, a card will be left to arrange re-delivery.
Items sent via courier cannot be delivery to P.O Boxes or Mail bags.
Below is a rough guide on Australia Post’s estimated delivery times.
Victoria 1-3 business days
NSW, QLD, SA, ACT 3-6 business days
W.A, N.T. 4-7 business days
New Zealand 4-7 business days
Returned items must be unused and still in their original packaging, with their original labels, manuals, and accessories.
Your invoice number will be required and must be included with the returned goods. You will find an “Exchange/Return” form at the bottom of your invoice.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds will be processed via the same method as original payment. We reserve the right to deduct a 10% restocking fee from the refund of returned items (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
General returns must be posted back at your own expense.
Items can also be returned in person to our Melbourne Factory Outlet.

DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS
Please contact us (1300 MENACE) to discuss the error. In most cases we will replace the item, unless a refund is requested.
A photo of the item in question will fast track a resolution, (these can be emailed to email@example.com).
Depending on the type of error, we will arrange a repair, exchange or refund.
If we require the return of the item, we will supply you a special return shipping label (at our expense). Do not return damaged items without this shipping label, as reimbursements will not be given for return postage paid.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
