The Wander Oz Pivot Mount slots into any standard boat rod holder and turns it into a universal mounting point for a BBQ, bait board, work light, camera arm, drink holder, cup holder, tool tray — pretty much anything you'd like fixed to your gunnel without drilling new holes.

Designed to perfectly fit our Wander Oz Marine BBQ Rack, but versatile enough for almost any application.

What makes it different from a fixed rod holder adaptor is two points of articulation. Your boat's rod holder probably isn't sitting verticle at 90°, most are angled back 15° or 30° from vertical, and many also kick out slightly to the side. A standard mount inherits that angle. This Pivot Mount cancels it out.

Two pivots. Set it once. Use it anywhere.

• Articulating elbow — adjusts in 15° increments up to 90°. Match your rod holder's tilt and bring the top plate back to level.
• 360° rotating top plate — spin whatever you've mounted to face exactly where you need it, regardless of which way your rod holder is pointing.

Both pivots lock down firmly with stainless wing nuts. Set it, tighten it, forget it.

Built for the marine environment, top to bottom.

Fabricated from 316 marine-grade stainless steel.

The pole is fitted with a moulded plastic shim that takes up the slop between the adaptor and your rod holder, so there's no rattle, no wobble, and no hammering against the inside of the gunnel when you're underway. The bottom of the pole has gimbal slots cut to engage the locking pin found in most quality rod holders, which keeps the whole assembly from spinning under load.

Sized to drop into any standard boat rod holder with an internal diamter greater than 38 mm, which covers the vast majority of rod holders fitted to Australian tinnies, runabouts and trailer boats.
